Win the lost to Jesus
Encounter them with the Holy Spirit
Equip them as leaders
Influence the world through sending and discipling

We Believe

  • Jesus Christ is God’s son who lived for us, died for our sins, and rose again to give us eternal life.
  • The Bible is the Word of God (Heb. 4:12 – For the word of God is living and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart).
  • The Holy Spirit of God is who fills, inspires, and leads every believer.
  • Jesus Christ will come back again for His Church.
  • All mankind will one day face a final judgment by God.
  • Everyone deserves to hear the good news of Jesus Christ and His salvation.

Core Values

Leadership oriented / “Leader Led”
  • We think as leaders
  • We speak as leaders
  • We develop leaders and not just followers
  • As leaders “We Lead”
Word Based
  • The Word is the basis of our belief systems and doctrine
  • We give honor because we are honorable
  • We receive the anointing through honor
  • We lift others to their God given calling by giving them honor
  • We express honor through a spirit of love and humility
  • We express honor through generosity
Holy Spirit Fullness
  • We value the Presence of God
  • An encounter with the Holy Spirit and His gifts is a "normative" part of Christianity
  • We value the "flow" of the Holy Spirit and the supernatural expression of His presence and gifts.
  • Living and ministering from His presence supersedes programs and traditions.
  • We value growth: spiritually, emotionally, and physically.
  • God is triune and cares for our wholeness and growth in all these areas.
  • One cannot realize their full God given potential without wholeness.
  • Wholeness is a continual life long process of growth.
  • One of the first signs of salvation is generosity - Luke 19:1-10
  • Generosity involves time, treasure and talents.
  • God has blessed us so that we can be a blessing.
